Perhaps you already have an existing folding attic stairs and require attic flooring. With this option you can order 150 sq ft (15 metres sq) of attic flooring fitted. We use heavy duty 18 mm OSB flooring. 7.5 or 10 cm white deal batons are placed under the flooring. This helps spread the weight over multiple joists and allows a cavity for wiring and pipes. Extra high raised flooring ( 15 to 20 cm ) is available on request at a different rate.
If you are looking to floor an area of your attic 150 sq ft (about the area of a medium to large bedroom in a modern house) this option could be for you. This price is for 150 sq ft of attic flooring supplied and fitted. We fit in County Dublin and the surrounding counties. The flooring is raised to clear existing wires and low lying pipes. The material used is heavy duty tongue & grove OSB flooring. We use only the highest quality materials.
